What is the shipping and delivery process for Malaysia?

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate; changes cannot be made after your order is placed. We process orders on weekdays, excluding weekends and public holidays. Kindly allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your parcel is shipped.

Shipping times vary: 3–5 business days for West Malaysia and 7–10 business days for East Malaysia, via third-party couriers such as J&T, DHL, or Best Express. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link to monitor your delivery.

Does Preface ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship to countries outside Malaysia, including Brunei, Singapore, and Thailand. Please contact us for further assistance.

What are the shipping fees for Malaysia?

All orders will incur a shipping charge of RM6 for West Malaysia and RM13 for East Malaysia. Enjoy free shipping on orders over RM200 in a single receipt.
