Returning Your Order
For damage or incorrect item concerns, contact Customer Service at support@prefaceskin.com before returning. Ensure the return request is submitted within 7 business days from the date of receipt. Include the return parcel tracking number when sending back damaged items in their original box and packing slip. For further assistance, reach out to our support team.
Postage Charges
Customers are responsible for return postage fees. Preface will cover fees for incorrect items. Processing may take up to 10 business days. For more information, contact us at support@prefaceskin.com.

When can I expect my refund or new items?

When Returns and Refunds Are Restricted?
Returns and refunds are not allowed for change of mind, product unsuitability, or returning unused products. We do offer support for damaged or defective items.
